Hamilton Irving Marlatt was born in Woodhull, NY in 1860. His known addresses were in Buffalo and Mount Vernon, NY.
He was a landscape and portrait painter. He exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 1885, 1891, and 1892. His works are in the collection of the Mount Vernon Public Library.
He died in Mount Vernon in 1929.
